Shel Myeroff, CPC, President of Myeroff Peterson Charney (MPC), draws on his 25 years of search experience to bring clients and candidates together through customer focus, creativity, and superior leadership skills.

Shel serves clients in the industries of Supply Chain Automation, RFID, Mobile Enterprise, Identification Labels, Packaging, and Material Handling. He has partnered with companies ranging from those emerging to established that require creative, high caliber talent capable of leading companies in intensely competitive, fast changing business environments.

In 1983, Shel founded Direct Recruiters, Inc., a leading contingency search firm, and sister company of MPC. His involvement in and knowledge of the search industry has resulted in many speaking engagements at industry shows and seminars and he is frequently interviewed and quoted in trade publications. He is a member of NAPS, Ohio Association of Personnel Consultants, AIM, RFID Tribe, and IOPP.

Shel holds a Marketing degree from Cleveland State University and enjoys golf, hockey, woodworking, and spending time with his family and wife of 30 years.

David is recognized for his ability to attract and deliver superstars and leaders in an expedient manner. His hands-on approach and personal attention to each search yield immediate and measurable results.

David is a co-founder of the Ohio Association of Executive Search Professionals, Cleveland Chapter and is a member of NAPS, AIM, and RFID Tribe. In addition, he contributes quarterly hiring advice articles for the AIM on-line Career Center at www.aimglobal.org.

David attended the University of South Florida, is married, and has two daughters. He enjoys family time, racquetball, camping and collecting tropical fish.
