Then the idea hit. Shel joined forces with his long-time Senior Recruiters, David Peterson and Dan Charney, to form a partnership in order to develop new opportunities within the search industry. Together they envisioned a retained search firm that would deliver a higher level of service including pre-screening assessment services, background checks, and information retrieval at contingency speed. Myeroff Peterson Charney International (MPC) was born.

And since that historic day, we've made an impact. Executive search is not perception, packaging, or pontificating.
